How does the baiting system protect my home?
Stations are placed around the structure where foraging termites can find the bait. Workers feed on it and carry it back through the colony. The active ingredient disrupts termite development, helping eliminate the colony rather than only the termites visible at one spot.
How is the system maintained?
We service the system annually, replace bait as needed, and inspect accessible areas of the structure annually for signs of activity or damage.
What does the termite agreement cover?
Our agreement provides re-treatment coverage. If covered termite activity gets past the system, we treat that activity according to the agreement.
Does the agreement include termite-damage repair or replacement?
No. This is a re-treat agreement. It does not provide damage repair or replacement coverage, and the property owner remains responsible for those costs. We explain the agreement terms before enrollment.
Why is the annual inspection important?
Annual inspection helps us identify breaches, activity, and visible damage as early as practical, when corrective action may help limit the expense.
